Computer Aided Design

$75/hour — We have extensive design experience in SolidWorks, Creo, Fusion360, and Catia! We can make a model from scratch, fully dimensioned, and ready for engineering drawings! Perfect for getting patents, or getting a visual of what you want to make.

Additive Manufacturing

Variable hourly rate — We offer 3D printing up to 350mmx350mmx500mm. We can print in a variety of materials, and offer full design for production! Let us know what you want to make whether it is a one off part or full fledged mass production.

Composites Manufacturing

Variable hourly rate — With an extensive background in composites design and manufacturing we offer mold design, and part fabrication from carbon fiber, fiberglass, or kevlar. We have vacuum bagging and oven curing capabilities, as well as experience with a wide variety of core materials.

Finite Element Analysis

Variable hourly rate — We offer full level FEA services within the ANSYS suite for structural loading of isotropic and orthotropic materials! We also have fluid analysis and aerodynamic simulation experience.

Injection Molding and Casting

Variable hourly rate — For large scale production components, the Rapido crew has a couple members with a background in injection mold design as well as metallic, silicone, and urethane castings.
